Nakau "Oyster Toji Don"
The smell of oysters makes me sick

I ate Nakau's "Oyster Toji Don". Three large oysters are bound with plenty of eggs, and you can fully enjoy the taste and aroma of seafood.

Nakau's oyster and rice bowl is a limited-time menu that appeared in November. Along with Katsuya's "Kaki Fry Don", which also appeared as a seasonal item, he was paying attention as a oyster lover.

I was quite satisfied with Katsuya's oyster bowl first, so I wanted to compare the taste, so I ordered Nakau's oyster and rice bowl.

Considering the cost performance, Katsuya's oyster fried rice bowl costs 637 yen (tax included, the same applies below) and 4 oyster fried rice, while Nakau's oyster and fried rice bowl costs 690 yen and 3 oyster fried rice, so the latter seems to be disadvantageous, but both. As a result of trying, I felt like I shouldn't give a superiority or inferiority to "both are delicious".

Nakau's oyster and rice bowl is so strong that the oyster scent that overflows from the batter when you bite the oyster fry. The flavor that spreads on the tongue when the shellfish is chewed has a richness that makes you want to express it thickly. The eggs are soft and fluffy but well cooked. The sweet soup stock is often soaked in clothes.

Katsuya's oyster fried rice bowl was deliciously made by using the "Katsudon" cooking method, but Nakau's oyster and fried rice bowl was rather good at using the "Oyakodon" cooking method. That's right. You can also sprinkle red pepper on the condiments. In addition, the volume was plentiful even in the middle of the season, and I felt that it was more than enough for lunch and dinner.

It's fried food, eggs, and rice, so I'm prepared to eat it continuously, but I'm sure it's fun to eat and compare.
