From the chocolate brand "KitKat", "KitKat Strawberry Tiramisu Flavor", which was selected as No. 1 in the world general election project, will be released on November 19th.

The World General Election to commemorate the 45th anniversary of KitKat's release in Japan is a plan to select the first new flavor proposal through fan voting around the world and actually develop and release it. Held in April 2018, approximately 500,000 people from 81 countries and regions participated. "Strawberry tiramisu taste", which was selected as the first place, received many votes from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Sandwich a bittersweet tiramisu-flavored cream consisting of powdered mascarpone cheese, coffee and cocoa between wafers. Wrapped in strawberry tiramisu-flavored chocolate with strawberry grains.


The package is designed by Noritake Kinashi. The theme is "the bond between people connected by KitKat".

The estimated price is 120 yen for 3 pieces and 500 yen for 11 pieces (excluding tax).
