I tried and compared three types of udon noodles from the long-term preserved food "IZAMESHI noodles" series sold by Sugita Ace. There are three types of lineup: "Odashi Jinwari Kitsune Udon", "Chicken Nanban Curry Udon with Japanese Dashi", and "Mochimochi Mochi no Chikara Udon". The estimated price is 740 yen each (excluding tax).

This is a canned udon that can be made just by pouring hot water. Using smooth, authentic hand-rolled noodles, it is finished in a gentle Kansai flavor. The container has a safe structure that does not get hot. No chemical seasoning is used. The expiration date is 3 years from the time of manufacture.

■ Kitsune Udon

"Odashi Jinwari Kitsune Udon" is a combination of bonito and kelp flavored soup, fried tofu soaked in sweet soup stock, and udon noodles that are decisive for the soup stock.
