At each Yoshinoya store, the autumn menu "Saba Miso Set Meal", which was also popular last year (2017), is on sale from October 4th (excluding some stores). The price is 590 yen (tax included, same below).
This is a dish of seasonal mackerel with fat cooked until it can be eaten with its bones. It is finished with a sweet seasoning that adds the richness of redness to a light white miso base.
In addition, "Saba miso boiled separately" (330 yen) and "Saba miso beef set meal" (690 yen) with a beef plate are also on sale. The thick and sweet mackerel miso seems to make more and more rice.
