・ Japanese-style parfait of Tanegashima Anno potato and zenzai A Japanese-style parfait that combines roasted sweet potato with a moist texture and smooth Anno potato cream. The rich sweetness unique to Anno potatoes and the elegant taste of zenzai are complemented by the moderate astringency of matcha ice cream. The price is 980 yen (tax included, same below).


・ Loose pumpkin crepe parfait A parfait that combines simple sweet pumpkin ice cream with rich sweet pumpkin cream and Daigakuimo style entwined with honey. A new kind of tear-shaped chili pepper, sweet and sour sauce pickled in sweet and sour sauce is an accent of taste and decoration. The price is 980 yen.


・ Rich marron parfait Marron parfait with fragrant Japanese chestnut liqueur added to rich marron cream. Along with bittersweet coffee jelly and large astringent chestnuts, it is said to have a rich and mature taste. The price is 980 yen.
