"Beef Oyster Mushroom Boiled Bukkake" will be on sale on August 30th at each Marugame Seimen store (excluding some stores). Limited time until early October. Prices start at 640 yen (tax included).

This is a menu of soft beef and marbled oysters mixed with Japanese pepper to make "Shigure-boiled" and served on bukkake udon noodles. Marbled oysters are juicy and crunchy with a thick umbrella and a beautiful marbled pattern.


You can enjoy the umami and aroma of meat and mushrooms by carefully splitting each one by hand and grilling beef under a sweet and spicy warishita. It is said that the spicy and refreshing flavor of Japanese pepper, which is mashed in the shop, further enhances the deliciousness of the ingredients.
