This time, I would like to introduce Kanetsu's "almost crab" and "almost scallop". Both look like crabs and scallops at first glance, but they are made by adding egg whites and starch to fish meat.

Does it look a little whitish than a real scallop? When I try to eat it, it tastes almost the same as crab sticks. The fiber feeling like a real scallop is reproduced, but I wonder if it is a little elastic. Dropping wasabi soy sauce makes it more delicious and scallop-like.

In addition, we recommend grilled butter and soy sauce! It becomes brown and fragrant, and the fish-like taste diminishes. The richness of butter and the umami of soy sauce are soaked in and delicious. You can use it as a topping in salads, but if you add soy sauce or bake it, the taste will be doubled.
