New brand!

Morinaga Milk Industry will release "honey and snow matcha," "honey and snow strawberry," and "honey and snow rare cheese" on June 4th. The estimated price is 160 yen each (excluding tax).

The new brand "Mitsu to Yuki" is a frozen dessert cup with a two-layer structure consisting of a thick homemade top sauce and smooth fine ice. The concept is "an unlikely new frozen dessert cup that has the goodness of both shaved ice and ice cream."

Mitsu and Yuki Matcha is a combination of matcha ice made from Uji matcha, which has a moderate bitterness and astringency, and a sauce made from Uji Ichibancha from Kyoto, which has a strong umami taste. Azuki beans from Hokkaido are mixed in as an accent.

Honey and snow Strawberries are a combination of milk ice and a sauce containing strawberry pulp. The flesh with a good balance of sweetness and acidity is mixed in to create a rich yet refreshing aftertaste.

Honey and snow Rare cheese is a combination of lemon-scented rare cheese ice and mixed berry sauce using blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. The bottom of the cup is filled with cheese sauce, and you can enjoy the rich flavor of cheese.
