I tried "Handmade Dessert Tiramisu" and "Same Creme Brulee" that can be made simply by mixing with milk and cooling. The content is for 3 to 4 people, and the price is 390 yen (tax included).

◆ How to make tiramisu

・ 1 bag of tiramisu mix (75g (2.65oz))
・ 1 bag of cocoa powder (5g (0.18oz))

What you prepare yourself is "Milk 230ml (7.78us fl oz)". It's easy because it doesn't use fire.

First, heat the milk in the microwave (500W for about 1 minute). When it's about human skin, put this and tiramisu mix in a large bowl and mix.

Stir for about 2 minutes and the dough will thicken. From here, stir for another 2-3 minutes while embracing the air.

It's OK if the dough gets stuffy. Put half the amount in a container and sprinkle half of the cocoa powder on the surface with a tea strainer. Then pour the rest of the dough over it, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator. Let it cool and harden for an hour and a half to two hours.

After pouring more dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.

Once hardened, sprinkle the rest of the cocoa powder on top and you're done! Except for the chilling time, the cooking time is about 10 minutes, so it's super easy.

When I try to eat it ... fluffy! The richness of the milk and cheese melts in your mouth. Even though it was just mixed and chilled, the taste was solid tiramisu!

・ 1 bag of sugar (10g (0.35oz))

What you prepare yourself is "milk 320ml (10.82us fl oz)". This uses fire instead of microwave, but don't worry, it's not difficult at all.

First, put the creme brulee mix and milk in a pot and mix until there are no lumps.

Next, heat the pan over medium heat and stir so that the bottom does not burn. After that, the pot is soaked in cold water to cool it, so it is convenient to fill the bowl with water. Warm for 4 to 5 minutes and turn off the heat when the edges of the pot are fluffy.

Soak the bottom of the pot in the water for about 20 seconds and mix gently again. When it cools properly, pour it into a container and put it in the refrigerator. Let it cool and harden for 1-2 hours.
