Yamaya Umaka Sandwich

"Soraben" is perfect for mentaiko lovers. I purchased "Yamaya Umaka Sandwich" at Soraben Kobo on the 2nd floor of Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal 2. The price is 680 yen (tax included).

This is a bento box that collaborated with "Yamaya" in Fukuoka, which is famous for mentaiko. Contains 3 types of sandwiches: "Hakata Yamaya Meitakatsu", "Special Sauce Tonkatsu", and "Hokkaido Baron Potato (with Mentai)".

Hakata Yamaya Meitakatsu

I wasn't sure which one to eat, but first I started with "Hakata Yamaya Menta Katsushi", which is a combination of bright mentaiko. Thick meat is moderately chewy and juicy. Mentaiko accepts the sweetness of the fat that exudes slowly. A taste with a spicy spiciness.

Hokkaido Baron Potato (with Mentai)

Even with mentaiko, "Hokkaido Baron Potato (with Mentai)" has a slightly different taste. The taste of mentaiko wraps the hot potatoes. It's mild at first, but the tongue remains spicy for a long time, which is more exciting than I expected.

Special sauce pork cutlet

"Special sauce pork cutlet" is a place where you can fully enjoy the taste of meat. Fluffy bread, pork cutlet in crispy clothes, and moist sauce are all in one. The sweet and spicy taste that makes you addicted spreads throughout your mouth.
