"Yamaya Mentai Mayo" is a product in collaboration with "Yamaya", a mentaiko maker founded in 1974. Bread dough with a soft and light texture is baked with Yamaya's Meita Mayo sauce and mayonnaise as a topping. The slightly sweet dough goes well with the spicy Yamaya Meita Mayo sauce. You can enjoy it even if you heat it in the microwave (500W) for about 15 seconds.


In addition, from May 1st, "Sakufuwaremon", a baked lemon confectionery from Setouchi, will be released. It is sold at supermarkets and drug stores in the Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, and Shikoku regions.


"Sakufuwaremon" is a baked confectionery made by wrapping lemon paste containing lemon juice and peel from Setouchi in a cookie dough that uses 100% domestic wheat flour. Characterized by a refreshing acidity, you can enjoy the contrast between the smooth bean paste and the texture of the moist cookie dough.
