At "Shimanami Onsen Kisuke no Yu" in front of Imabari Station in Ehime Prefecture, a cute "Oke Cheesecake" will be on sale on February 10th. This cake is based on the image of Ehime's "mandarin orange bath".

To commemorate the renewal of the hot spring, the tub cheesecake was developed after more than four months of trial production with the cooperation of the cake specialty store "Catrus Saison Confectionery Dream" in Matsuyama City. Chocolate sponge dough, mousse-style rare cheesecake, and citrus jelly with orange juice are layered in three layers.


In the image of a mandarin orange bath, the "hot spring tub" is reproduced with biscuits. There are ducks on the cake.


If you thaw it and eat it, you can enjoy the citrus scent. The price is 2,200 yen (tax included). Since it is limited to 180 pieces, it will end as soon as it runs out.
