Let's Make! Mushroom Mountain" is a kit that allows you to make your own "Mushroom Mountain" in various shapes. All you have to do is pour chocolate into a special mold and you can make your own mushroom mountain. I'm more of a bamboo shoot fan, but it looked interesting, so I gave it a try.



All you need to prepare is hot water (about 50 degrees Celsius) to heat up the chocolate pen and a bowl to hold the hot water. All the tools for making the mushroom mountain (three kinds of chocolate, molds, and crackers) are included in the set. After reading the instructions, it seems that the process is almost the same as the previous Apollo.


First, warm up the chocolate pen in hot water and smooth it out. When it becomes soft, pour it freely into the mold. Be careful not to put too much, or the chocolate will overflow when you insert the cracker.



Shake the mold to make sure the chocolate is deep inside. You are supposed to put the crackers straight after this, but the chocolate is still too soft and the crackers will fall over! If you want to get a nice straight line, you might want to wait until the chocolate hardens a bit.



All you have to do is put it in the refrigerator and wait for at least 30 minutes. The original mushroom mountain is now ready.




There are a variety of designs you can make, from the standard ones to unique ones such as "Mushroom Mountain in the style of Takenoko-sato" or "Mushroom Mountain in the style of Shiitake". Enjoy decorating them as you like.
