The Meiji "Handmade Apollo" that I found on the same shelf when I purchased the educational confectionery "Fun Matsuriya-san" that I introduced the other day. The price is 245 yen (tax included).
This is a kit that can be handmade in various forms of "Apollo". You can make your own Apollo chocolate just by pouring chocolate into a mold and decorating it. It looks interesting so I tried it immediately.
What you need to prepare is hot water (about 50 degrees Celsius) for warming the chocolate pen and a container for hot water. All the tools for making Apollo (3 types of chocolate, mold, colorful mints, sticks) are included in the set.
The procedure is very easy. First, melt the chocolate pen in hot water, and when it becomes soft, just pour it into the mold.
Let's decorate as you like by combining two kinds of chocolate and topping with colorful mints. However, be careful because chocolate pens are quick to harden. It is recommended that you first think about how to design and then start making.
Shake the mold lightly to see if the chocolate is in it, then put it in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 30 minutes! This completes the original Apollo.
The taste is very ordinary Apollo. However, when I think I made it myself, it feels a little tastier than usual.
"Handmade Apollo" that allows you to easily make your own original Apollo. It seems that you can enjoy various decorations depending on your ideas. Please do try that out.
