Introducing "The Custard Cream Puff", the "most luxurious" cream puff in Chateraise history. It will be on sale from October 11th (pre-sale at the web shop). The price is 151 yen (tax included) per piece.

The custard cream puff is said to have been completed by developing eggs exclusively for custard over a year and making many improvements. We are particular about the ingredients such as special eggs with rich aroma and richness, rich pure fresh cream from Hokkaido with 47% milk fat, and milk procured as raw milk from Yatsugatake Kogen.

By "cooking twice", the custard cream is said to have a rich caramel-like richness and a smooth mouthfeel. In addition, the shoe puff (dough) that is slowly baked at low temperature has a crispy and slightly bitter taste. It goes well with rich custard.

The custard cream puff is the first product of Chateraise's "Extreme Project" that started to develop "the most affordable sweets in Japan". I definitely want to experience the extremely delicious taste.
