"Momo Fair" will be held at Chateraise from July 16th. A lineup of peach sweets using seasonal white peaches from Yamanashi prefecture.

A fair-limited product that luxuriously uses sweet and fresh white peaches from Yamanashi prefecture, the fruit kingdom. Seasonal white peaches have a tight flesh, are fine and palatable, and have a condensed sweetness. Layered wine jelly using custard whipped cream, raspberry confiture, sponge, and homemade rosé wine, topped with white peach from Yamanashi prefecture, red currant, and glittering lemon jelly soaked in lemon mint syrup. The price is 594 yen (tax included, same below).
