Sakiyo-ken's "Spring Kanagawa Ajiwai Bento" - rice with bamboo shoots, ginger flavored tuna landed at Misaki Port, stir-fried cabbage from Kanagawa and sprouts from Miura

Saki Yoken presents "Spring Kanagawa Ajiwai Lunchbox. The main dish, "Rice with Bamboo Shoots," is rice cooked with crispy bamboo shoots, which are in season in spring. Carrots and deep-fried tofu are added to give the rice a deep flavor.

The "Hinamatsuri Bento" is now available at Sakiyoken. The main dish is a colorful "Chirashi Sushi" topped with prawns, tobiko (tobiko means small fish), yama-seri (mountain laver), seasoned shiitake mushrooms, pickled lotus root and broiled egg. In addition to this, there is also the "fragrant fried prawn", which is a beautiful looking deep fried prawn in a refreshing shiso flavored batter.
