Marugame Seimen, a Sanuki udon specialty restaurant, will release "Meat Thick Udon Noodle" on December 2. Priced at 590 yen for medium and 690 yen for large (both including tax), it will be available until late January 2016.

The new "Niku taman-kake udon" is a hot udon topped with egg ankake and sweet and spicy braised beef. The egg ankake has a "gentle" flavor, using the broth from the kake udon noodles to create a delicious, thickened taste.

The beef on top of the ankake is sweet and spicy with a strong flavor to go well with the udon. The beef is served with grated ginger to your liking.
