This is the third product in the "Bagel Sandwich Traveling the World" series. Following the first " Thailand " and the second " Hawaii ", this time the theme is "Spain". The "Spanish Omelette Sandwich", which is based on the image of the Spanish food "Spanish Omelette", will be on sale. The sale period is until October 31st (planned).

A Spanish-style omelet with plenty of ingredients (potatoes, onions, peppers, spinach, bacon) is sandwiched with bagels along with crispy grilled zucchini and yellow paprika. The seasoning is tomato sauce with onions, zucchini and red peppers added to the tomato base. It is said that it is finished by adjusting the balance of sweetness and acidity so that it is easy for children to eat.

Also, from the same day, a new bagel flavor "Tomato & Parmesan Bagel" will be released. The bagel is made by kneading tomato and parmesan cheese into the dough, and it goes well with Spanish omelette.
