"Loco Moco" and "Spam Musubi" become bagel sandwiches !?

The Hawaii Fair is the second installment of the project "Bagel Sandwich Traveling the World" held at the store. Last time, the " Thai Fair " was held in May and was well received.

The bagel sandwich "Loco Moco Sandwich" (590 yen / tax included, same below) and "Spam Sandwich" (550 yen) will be released this time.

Loco Moco Sandwich is an image of Hawaii's classic dish "Loco Moco", and is a bagel sandwich with a hamburger steak with demiglas sauce and a fried egg-style egg. The hamburger steak, which is about 3 to 4 cm thick, has a soft and fluffy texture when chewed. You can enjoy the rich taste of demiglace sauce, which has sweetness and moderate acidity, and eggs that melt together gently.

In addition, "Volcano (cheese)" is recommended as a bagel flavor to choose from. The taste of natural cheese and a slight saltiness are added, and you can enjoy a deeper taste.

On the other hand, the spam sandwich is made by layering scrambled eggs and onion mayonnaise on two thick pieces of spam, topped with seaweed, and sandwiched with bagels. This product is based on the image of Hawaii's local food "Spam Musubi".

The contrast between the elasticity of scrambled eggs that dance in your mouth and the texture of soft and melty spam is fun. Also, mellow eggs are familiar with salty spam. If you bring the fragrant seaweed and eggs to your mouth at the same time, you can enjoy the taste like "furikake", which is also popular in Hawaii.

The saltiness of spam is a little strong, so plain bagels that take this firmly are said to fit well.
