"Strawberry Fair" is held at each bagel specialty store BAGEL & BAGEL. The lineup includes bagels, bagel sandwiches, freshly baked muffins, and other sweets that use plenty of strawberries.


The new bagel product is "Bagel Strawberry White Chocolate" (200 yen). A sweet bagel made by kneading strawberry and white chocolate chips into the dough.


The fruity strawberry-flavored dough is combined with the flesh of sweet and sour strawberries, and when eaten, a gorgeous scent spreads throughout the mouth. If you toast it lightly, the white chocolate will melt and you can eat it even more deliciously.


From the bagel sandwich, "Raw Strawberry Shortcake Sandwich" (450 yen) is available. A plain bagel with rich custard cream, whipped cream, and plenty of fresh strawberries sandwiched between them.


The custard and whipped "W (double) cream" and the popping fruit of strawberries overlap, and you can enjoy a luxurious taste like a shortcake. It goes well with bagel dough with a chewy texture.


"Muffin, strawberry condensed milk" (270 yen) is now available for freshly baked muffins. The softly baked muffins are topped with strawberry jam and white chocolate that have a crushed texture.


Condensed milk is also combined, and it is the best match with the taste of sweet and sour strawberries. You can enjoy the gentle taste of homemade, not too sweet.


In addition, "Strawberry milk with melon bread bagel cream" (220 yen) baked with crispy "strawberry melon bread" dough on a chewy bagel, and "Strawberry milk (hot / ice)", a drink menu limited to cafe stores. (M size from 380 yen) is also on sale.

The Bagel & Bagel Strawberry Fair can be enjoyed until the end of March.
