This is Becker's first "upper and lower two-tier" hamburger. The liquor buns that are baked at the store are cut into three pieces, and one crispy bun is sandwiched between the ingredients.

The upper layer is a "cool system" that combines cold ingredients. Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, prosciutto, tomato, onion, pesticide-free frilled lettuce, lettuce are layered.

On the other hand, the lower layer is a "hot type" that combines warm ingredients. Cheddar cheese is combined with juicy coarsely ground patties.
