The new product "The Prosciutto & Mascarpone Burger" from the "Special Series" will be released on August 1st at each "Becker's" hamburger shop that operates mainly in Ekinaka in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Limited time until the end of September. The single item price is 720 yen.


This is Becker's first "upper and lower two-tier" hamburger. The liquor buns that are baked at the store are cut into three pieces, and one crispy bun is sandwiched between the ingredients.

The upper layer is a "cool system" that combines cold ingredients. Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, prosciutto, tomato, onion, pesticide-free frilled lettuce, lettuce are layered.

On the other hand, the lower layer is a "hot type" that combines warm ingredients. Cheddar cheese is combined with juicy coarsely ground patties.
