Prosciutto avocado sandwich is a "cold sandwich" that is perfect for early summer. Prosciutto (raw ham), fresh avocado & tomato, and Hokkaido mascarpone cheese are sandwiched between them. Domestic basil and balsamic sauce are added as accents, and the taste of the ingredients seems to spread throughout the mouth. Prosciutto ham is aged for more than 8 months, and avocado is imported directly from Mexico.

At the same time, "Superfood Smoothie Avocado & Pine" will be released. The price is 370 yen (excluding tax).


Superfood Smoothie Avocado & Pine is a smoothie made with raw avocado, banana, pine, lemon, extra virgin coconut oil and honey. Avocado and banana are used to create a smooth mouthfeel, and the acidity and sweetness of pineapple juice combine the overall taste.
