At each Becker's store, "Shinshu Jibie THE ★ Venison Burger" using venison from Nagano Prefecture will be released on October 1st. The single item price is 720 yen (tax included). Limited time until November 30, but will end as soon as it runs out.


This is a limited-time menu of the "Special" series that utilizes venison from Nagano prefecture procured as a countermeasure against damage to birds and beasts. This year will be the third year of release.

Sakadane buns, which are larger than last year, are sandwiched between meat patties made from venison and grilled abalone mushrooms from Nagano prefecture. After ordering, the meat patties are baked and served hot. The seasoning is a combination of venison soup stock and a sauce that allows you to enjoy the refreshing acidity of red wine.
