Mujina is "Anaguma". The meat is fatty and has a strong umami flavor, and sukiyaki using this is a dish that is eaten as a "secret feast" among hunters, mainly in the Kyushu region.
Mujina has recruited members in advance using a crowdfunding service so that it can provide rare Mujina meat in a stable manner, leading to this opening. For this reason, it will be a full membership system for one year from the opening, and only members and their companions can visit the store.
The order is basically "Random" style. Including the main "Mujina no Sukiyaki", appetizers using Jibie such as "Tataki of deer loin" and "Simmered wild boar in miso" are offered in a course that combines seasonal dishes. In addition, the drink menu includes all-you-can-drink beer, shochu, and sake. Course meals and all-you-can-drink are included, and the price is 6,000 yen per person (members only).
