At each Sanuki udon specialty store "Marugame Seimen", a new summer menu "Oni Grated Meat Bukkake" will be released on July 17th. Limited time until late September. The price is average 590 yen and large 690 yen (tax included).


Oni grated meat bukkake is a menu where you can enjoy "Oni grated", which is made by coarsely grated radish with a special tool, and "Meat burdock", which is made by cooking beef and burdock sweetly and spicy, together with cold bukkake udon. Like the popular "Meat-filled Udon" that was sold last summer, it will be served on a separate plate.

Meat burdock is full of volume with plenty of beef and burdock. You can also enjoy a refreshing flavor with grated demon and ponzu sauce. You can enjoy the taste of the ingredients by putting meat burdock and grated demon on udon, or eating them separately.
