"Asakusa Kagetsudo", which is popular for its original melon bread, has opened on the 2nd floor of Marui City Yokohama.


Asakusa Kagetsudo is a sweets shop founded in 1945 with its head office in Asakusa, Tokyo. The signboard menu is "Original Jumbo Melonpan," which sells more than 3,000 pieces a day. The dough is fermented for three times as long as usual, and you can enjoy the crispy outside and the fine and fluffy texture inside.
