A real food review of Kamakura Pasta's weekday-only "lunch menu". There are a total of 15 pasta choices. You can add any of the four sets to this menu.

Kamakura Pasta Weekday Lunch Menu

A special lunch menu with a choice of 15 pastas and your choice of four sets. Available on weekdays only from 11:00 to 15:00. Hours and availability vary by restaurant.


There are three sets available: Set A (salad only), Set B (salad and drink bar), Set C (salad and all-you-can-eat bread), and Set D (salad, drink bar, and all-you-can-eat bread). This time we chose the C set, which includes all-you-can-eat bread, and based on the A set, we calculated that all-you-can-eat bread can be added for 275 yen (regardless of the type of pasta).

All-you-can-eat bread

The all-you-can-eat bread is buffet style. Just like the drink bar corner, you can pick up whatever you want at the all-you-can-eat bread corner. When you order all-you-can-eat bread, you will be provided with a plate for the bread, plastic gloves, and tongs.


On the day we visited, the bread lineup consisted of 13 kinds. Depending on the timing, some of the breads were out of stock, but freshly baked breads are added sequentially, so it is possible to conquer all kinds if you want to.


Corn focaccia, basil rolls, garlic rolls, cheese rolls, pepper cheese, mugwort rolls, sugar balls, mini croissants, ciabatta, sugar danish board, Danish melon bread, rolls with rice flour, and French toast. There is a wide variety of breads from simple meal breads to deli breads and pastries. There is also margarine for unlimited use. There is also a toaster for rebaking by the corner.


We had corn focaccia, pepper cheese, mini croissants, ciabatta, French toast, mugwort rolls, sugar balls, Danish melon bread, and sugar danish board. The freshly baked croissants are crispy, and the bread rolls are fluffy and very luxurious! Personally, I recommend the Sugar Danish Board for its crunchy texture and slight sweetness. I personally recommend the Sugar Danish Board, which is crunchy and slightly sweet, more like a baked good than a bread, making it perfect for dessert.

Fresh Pasta

Don't forget about the main course, pasta. All lunches at Kamakura Pasta are fresh pasta! You can enjoy the sticky texture and flavor of the wheat. This time, we chose the "Cream pasta with squid and spinach" (C set price: 1,474 yen including tax). The rich and creamy sauce is entwined with the glutinous fresh pasta, and the freshness of the springy squid and crispy spinach accentuates the dish.



For pasta, you can double the amount of noodles and sauce for an additional 330 yen. However, if you use this option together with the all-you-can-eat bread, you will end up with a stomach full of food, so it's best to limit yourself to one or the other.


The lunch menu at Kamakura Pasta is limited to weekdays, but you can enjoy all-you-can-eat bread with no time limit. They also have a drink bar with a wide selection of teas, so it's a great place to relax!
