At Brothers Cafe Namba CITY, "Souffle Pancake", which has a "snow-like" texture, was released on May 1st. There are two types, plain and chocolate, and the price is 980 yen (tax included).


Souffle pancakes are thickly baked dough that has been thoroughly mixed so as not to crush the meringue. You can enjoy the fluffy texture like snow.

Plain is a soft souffle pancake with butter with a slight maple syrup. You can top it with the attached Hokkaido cream and maple sauce as you like.

Chocolate, on the other hand, is a cocoa dough souffle pancake topped with plenty of cocoa powder and topped with maple butter. You can enjoy the rich flavor of cacao by sprinkling the attached Hokkaido cream and chocolate sauce.
