FLIPPER'S will sell "Miracle Pancakes: Pole Full of Amaou" from March 26 to May 8 as the second Strawberry Fair with a strawberry picking theme. A paired drink, "Rooibos Tea with Amaou and Forest Strawberries," will also be available.

Miracle Pancake: Full of Pole and Amaou
Last year's popular "Pancake of Miracles: Peculiar Pancake Full of Amaou" will make a second appearance. This luxurious dish features melt-in-your-mouth soufflé pancakes made from eggs from contract poultry farm Takechikko Farm, Häagen-Dazs "Strawberry" ice cream, an original blend of the finest Hokkaido cream with mellow Madagascar vanilla beans, and an overflowing supply of ama-ohs. The maple syrup and whipped cream, served separately, bring out the full flavor of the Amaou.
The price is 2,530 yen (tax included, same as below). Strawberry Day" will be held on days falling on the 5th during the period. Friends of the official LINE account can order the "Miracle Pancake, Full of Amaou" (1,760 yen) and receive a free upgrade to the "Miracle Pancake, Pole Full of Amaou".
