LUKE'S is a lobster roll specialty store founded in 2009 in Manhattan, New York, USA. It "casually" offers lobster rolls made from lobster that is purchased directly from a port in Maine, USA, and processed at its own factory immediately after landing.

Lobsters, which are offered at restaurants for about $ 30, can be eaten at LUKE'S for $ 15, so it's so popular that New Yorkers and tourists can line up every day.

The lobster rolls at the store are packed with bread and finished with a touch of mayonnaise, lemon butter and seasonings. It doesn't contain vegetables, a large amount of mayonnaise, or spices that hide the lobster.
