"LUKE'S", a lobster roll specialty store from New York, USA, will open "LUKE'S LUMINE Yokohama store" on the B2F of LUMINE Yokohama on March 1.

In addition to the standard menu, the store will also release "Lobster Grilled Cheese," which will be the first landing in Japan. It is a product in which savory baked bread is sandwiched between lobster full of umami and rich Gruyere cheese.

It is finished with only a small amount of seasoning so that the taste of the material is enhanced, and each time you chew, the mellow butter scent and the lobster umami spread throughout your mouth.


If you purchase a roll menu such as lobster rolls for 5 days (March 1-5) from the opening, the first 50 people each day will receive a bag "LUKE'S Original Sakosh" in collaboration with the apparel brand "JOURNAL STANDARD". That's it.
