The limited-time pies "Margherita" and "Strawberry Cheesecake" will be on sale from May 1st to 31st at the Little Pie Factory Hiroo store, which specializes in freshly baked pies. The price is 480 yen each (tax included).


Margherita is a pie that wraps a sauce using bright red fresh tomatoes and dried tomatoes with condensed umami. The sauce retains the freshness, but the sourness and sweetness of the tomatoes are brought out. In addition, the elastic mozzarella cheese and the refreshing scented basil are combined to create a taste reminiscent of the authentic Margherita of Naples.

Strawberry cheesecake, on the other hand, is a pie that combines rich-tasting cream cheese with sweet and sour strawberry sauce. It is a dish that matches the moist but smooth cheesecake with the crispy texture of the puff pastry.
