Limited-time pancakes with plenty of fruit
"Ricotta cheese pancakes" is a classic and popular menu at Kihachi Cafe. In order to give a "fluffy feeling" like sponge dough or souffle, plenty of fine meringue is used, and ricotta cheese is combined and baked to bring out the richness.
"Ricotta cheese pancakes-strawberry & nuts" is a combination of this pancake with plenty of strawberries and sauce. "Ricotta cheese pancake-banana & caramel" is a combination of banana, caramel sauce and coconut.
In each case, you can choose either "vanilla ice cream" or "fresh cream" as the topping.
