At each Kihachi Cafe store (excluding some stores), the Easter menu "Eggs Benedict Pancake" and "Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict Pancake" will be on sale for a limited time from April 1st to 21st. The price is 1,512 yen each and 1,944 yen each with drinks, both including tax.


"Eggs Benedict" is an egg dish with poached egg, hollandaise sauce and bacon on top of an English muffin. It is popular as a standard menu for breakfast and brunch in England and elsewhere.

The "Eggs Benedict Pancakes" and "Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict Pancakes" sold this time use pancakes instead of English muffins. "Eggs Benedict Pancake" is a crispy bacon, and "Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict Pancake" is a combination of smoked salmon and poached egg, butter and egg-based hollandaise sauce. All of them are said to have been devised as an egg menu, which is a symbol of the resurrection, to coincide with Easter in April, which celebrates spring.



After the above menu is available, "Carrot Cake" originating in the UK will be on sale for a limited time from April 22nd to 30th. The price is 756 yen, 1,296 yen with herbal tea, both including tax.


"Carrot cake" is a traditional British confectionery made with grated carrots. Other ingredients include walnuts, coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, and you can enjoy a spicy and moist taste. It is a seasonal dessert that you can enjoy with cream cheese on the top, fresh cream with honey, and fried rosemary. Along with this, an original herbal tea blended with German chamomile, cinnamon and mint will also be sold as a set.
