At the Patisserie Kihachi & Le Sun Palm Gransta Dining store in the ticket gate of Tokyo Station, a new type of pancake "Pancake Sandwich" is on sale from January 30th.


"Pancake sandwich" is a sandwich with sausages, marinated vegetables, tuna and potato salad sandwiched between "pancakes". You can eat it with one hand, so you can enjoy a picnic if you eat it in the train seat.

There are two types of pancake sandwiches released this time: "sausage & egg" and "tuna & cheddar cheese".

"Sausage & Egg" is a sandwich of basil-flavored sausage, marinated vegetables, and eggs in a slightly sweet pancake. Mustard basil sauce is added to the accent. The price is 580 yen.


On the other hand, "Tuna & Cheddar Cheese" is a homemade tuna salad with pickles and onions, and a sour potato salad sandwiched with red cabbage and pancakes. Melting cheddar cheese and hidden curry powder are layered to create a rich flavor. The price is 530 yen.


The store is located at Gransta Dining in the North Court on the 1st floor of the ticket gate of Tokyo Station, 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 6:30 to 22:30.
