Four kinds of Christmas sweets using strawberries and framboise are available at each Kihachi Cafe. It will be on sale for a limited time from December 1st (excluding Hibiya Chanter stores).

First of all, "Strawberry Parfait ~ Eton Mess Style ~" (972 yen, tax included, same below), "Franboise & Chocolat Eclair" (713 yen), "White Chocolate Tiramisu" will be released on December 1st. 3 items (756 yen).

The strawberry parfait is a kihachi-style arrangement of the traditional English dessert "Eton Mess", which is a mixture of meringue, cream, and strawberries. Franboise & Chocolat Eclair is an eclair with sweet and sour Franboise cream and chocolate custard. White chocolate tiramisu is a winter-only tiramisu that combines mascarpone and white chocolate mousse with a bittersweet espresso syrup.




"Strawberry and Franboise Pancakes-Christmas Outfits-" (1,404 yen) will be released on December 13th. A Christmas-only dish of ricotta cheese pancakes sandwiched with pistachio-flavored custard and fresh berries.


Strawberry and Mille-feuille pancakes will not be sold at the Fukuoka Mitsukoshi store, but the "Napoleon Pie" (1,080 yen) will be available on December 1st at the same store. It is a popular dish that uses plenty of Amaou strawberries and sandwiches vanilla fragrant cream with a crispy pie.
