"Pancake Fair" will be held from September 1st to 30th at Kihachi Cafe Fukuoka Mitsukoshi. Two new pancakes limited to the same store will also be on sale. The price is 1,404 yen each, and the drink set with coffee or tea is 1,836 yen each (tax included).


There are two types of new limited edition pancakes to be released this time: "Pancake with pumpkin pudding, fruit and whipped cream" and "Roasted apple pancake brulee".

"Pumpkin pudding with fruit and whipped cream" is a fluffy ricotta cheese pancake with pumpkin pudding sandwiched between them. Served with fruits such as strawberries, kiwis and mangoes and whipped cream.


On the other hand, "Roasted apple pancake Brulee tailoring" is a pancake of ricotta cheese sandwiched with roasted apples, custard cream and fresh cream. It is served with autumn fruits such as figs, persimmons and apples and maple syrup gelato.

The pancakes on the top are caramelized on the surface and baked fragrantly, and it seems that you can enjoy the crispy outside and the fluffy texture inside.


In addition, the standard menu "Ricotta cheese pancakes with framboise, bacon, bananas, blueberries, and honey butter", which are sold all year round at Kihachi Cafe, will be prepared.
