Patisserie Kihachi "Montblanc SAKURA" "SAKURA Roll"

At each Patisserie Kihachi store, the popular "Montblanc SAKURA" and "SAKURA Roll" will be released this year as well. It will be on sale from February 24th to April 20th.

"Mont Blanc SAKURA" is a cherry-colored Mont Blanc made by squeezing a mellow white bean milk mousse with butter cream that has a slight scent of cherry blossoms. Plum and strawberry jelly is placed in the center of the white bean milk mousse, accented with a refreshing acidity. The base is mixed with chopped cherry leaves, and you can enjoy the crunchy texture of streusel mixed with whole grains and the scent of cherry leaves. It is a sweet made with cherry blossoms, which is decorated with cream squeezed in the image of cherry blossoms and slightly salty cherry blossoms. The price is 605 yen (tax included, same below).

"SAKURA Roll" is a roll cake made of strawberry cream with fluffy cherry blossoms and refreshing rare cheese mousse rolled up in a pink souffle dough with concentrated raspberry juice. The salted cherry blossoms and leaves have a slight scent, and the gentle sweetness of red bean paste with brandy added to the hidden taste is finished in a taste that feels the arrival of spring. The price is 605 yen for the cut and 2,376 yen for the hall (about 14 cm).
