A new product "Crab Croquette Burger" will be released on December 17th at each McDonald's store. Limited time until early January 2015. The single item price is 390 yen, and the value set is 690 yen.


"Crab croquette burger" is a creamy, crab-flavored "crab croquette" layered with lettuce and sandwiched with chabata buns with a coarse tomato sauce that retains the texture of ripe tomatoes. The crab croquette is made by boiling red snow crab meat and diced mushrooms with lobster shell brothed Americaine sauce and wrapping it in a crispy garment.

It is the first burger that uses crabs to be sold nationwide, and it is said to be a new menu original to McDonald's Japan.
