Madame Mallory and the Magic Spice" is a heartwarming story about a culinary battle between a Michelin-starred French restaurant and an Indian restaurant that opened right across the street from it, resulting in a "delicious miracle. Directed by Russell Hallström ("Chocolat") and produced by Steven Spielberg, the film stars Academy Award-winning actress Helen Mirren as Madame Mallory.

The magic spice omelette served this time is inspired by the omelette that appears as a key item in the film. It is a fusion of a traditional French recipe and the spices of Indian cuisine.

The spices added are green chili, coriander powder, and coriander leaves. When you try it, the spiciness of the green chili is piquant with the aroma of coriander. Unlike the spiciness of common red chili peppers (chili), the fresh aroma is impressive.

Omelets with plenty of spices are also eaten in India, but they are usually made by baking eggs thinly and hardening them. The magic spiced omelette was a dish that had the stimulation of spices, but with a French feel to the "fluffy" eggs.

The dish will be available until November 30. The offer is available only at the Marunouchi and Ginza branches.

During this period, a free piece of jalebi, a sweet commonly eaten in India, will be offered to those who bring in their movie ticket stubs.

Jalebis are made of flour, shaped like a flower, and soaked in syrup. When you bite into a jalebi, you will be surprised by the syrup. It is very sweet, but the sweetness is addictive. In the movie, it appears as "a taste of my mother's memories. Try it with warm milk or chai for a different texture.

This item is only available for eating and drinking in the store. It is available at the Kudan (main) store, Marunouchi store, Ginza store, Shibuya Hikarie store, and Minato Mirai store.

Of course, the omelette and jalebis can be enjoyed even if you have not seen the movie, but they will be much more flavorful after you have seen the movie. Enjoy the "miraculous taste" in a restaurant filled with Indian ornaments and the aroma of spices.
