The third Mazesoba is "Abura-san Mamaze Soba"!

At each Sushiro store, the third "Akindo Sushiro Mazesoba" series "Akindo Sushiro" is on sale for a limited time from August 30th. The price is 280 yen (excluding tax).

The first in the series featured "Shirasu" and the second in "Shrimp and Coriander". Following this, this work is "pacific saury", which is in season in autumn. The chewy medium-thick noodles, which are a combination of soy sauce and olive oil, are topped with roasted saury, salmon roe, grated radish, green onions, and chopped seaweed.

When you put the plump saury in your mouth, it melts like "fluffy ..."! By roasting, the sweetness and umami of the fat are further utilized and it is super delicious. It has a savory flavor like roasted saury, so it's a little relaxing to remember the autumn table. If you squeeze the sudachi to your liking, the refreshing acidity will further enhance the taste of the saury.

Not to mention the ingredients, but the sauce is really delicious, so be sure to mix it from top to bottom before eating! The chewy noodles are entwined with a mellow "Japanese-style peperoncino" sauce and are exquisite.
