Nakamuraya "Rikiman"
Manju with the thought of not forgetting the earthquake

Nakamuraya released a limited-time bun "Rikiman" on August 10th. The price is 90 yen per piece (excluding tax). The sale period is until September 15th.

Steamed steamed buns wrapped in red bean paste with a dough made from brown sugar syrup. Originally, in order to help the victims of the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923 (Taisho 12), the founder of Nakamuraya made it from the raw materials he had and provided it at a cost.

Every year since then, it has been sold as an "earthquake bun" to remember the lessons learned from the earthquake. And now it has been renamed "Rikiman" and has been on sale for about a month before and after September 1st, when the earthquake struck.

With this feeling of "not forgetting the earthquake" and "wishing for reconstruction", a part of the sales of Rikiman will be donated as the Great East Japan Earthquake donation and the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake donation.

The stores are directly sold by Nakamuraya (station buildings, department stores, etc.) nationwide.
