This is a clear water jelly that has been chilled and hardened with agar. Enjoy with the attached Okinawan brown sugar black honey and domestic soybean flour.


The container has a two-tiered structure, with water jelly in the upper tier and black honey and soybean flour in the lower tier. I imagined a slightly thick jelly from the word "water", but in reality it is quite elastic and plump. I feel a refreshing feeling in the transparent figure that shakes and shakes.


The impression that I ate a bite with soybean flour and black honey was "Smooth and smooth warabi mochi ". Since it is hardened with agar, it does not have a chewy texture like mochi, but it has a unique texture that slips on your tongue.
