The fluffy and mellow vanilla ice cream has a strong milky feel. The rich richness melts. The crushed mash inside is finely crushed salt chinsuko. Raw sweet potatoes of red potatoes from Okinawa
"Unbaked sweet potato" finished using "Chura Koiimo" from Miyakojima, Okinawa. It is a sweet with a raw texture that eats sweet potatoes in a cup. A little topping with whipped cream.
