・ Amanatsu Pururun Water Jelly (150 yen)


A transparent yellow agar jelly finished in a dome shape. You can enjoy the plump texture and the refreshing sweetness of sweet summer. Finely chopped sweet summer and leaf-shaped yokan are topped.

・ Japanese-style pie shoe with bean paste and cheese whipped cream (180 yen)


Puff pastry is placed on choux pastry and baked, and stuffed with cheese whipped cream using kiri cream cheese and red bean paste using Hokkaido azuki beans. You can enjoy the crispy texture.

・ Hokkaido cheese fluffy sandwich (150 yen)


A fluffy and light textured dough sandwiched with cream using Hokkaido cheese. The meringue-style dough is sprinkled with grained almonds and baked softly.

・ 2 pieces of Mille crêpes (395 yen)


Mille crêpes with 10 layers of whipped cream on a savory crepe dough kneaded with butter and almond poodle. The whipped cream blends well with the dough, and you can enjoy a smooth texture.
