The "2017 Midsummer Parfait Fair" will be held in two phases from July 1st to August 31st at the Salon de Cafe at Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store.

At the fair, there are three types of parfaits, mainly fruits that are particular about the production area and season, during each period. Every parfait contains fruit jelly and fruit compote down to the bottom of the parfait glass.

In the first installment from July 1st to July 30th, a parfait of Arakawa peach, apple mango, and blueberry will appear. In addition, to commemorate the 115th anniversary of its founding, "Summer and Autumn Strawberry" Koihime "Strawberry Parfait" from a special house in Shinshu Hata Kobo, Nagano Prefecture will be offered.

"Arakawa Peach Parfait from Sakai Farm, Wakayama Prefecture" is a parfait of the brand peach "Arakawa Peach", which is characterized by its mellow scent and overflowing fruit juice. Fresh peaches that are fully ripe and carefully harvested one by one are used in pink peach sherbets and jellies. The price is 2,160 yen (tax included, same below).


"Okinawa Prefecture Yaeyama Islands Apple Mango Parfait" is an Okinawa Prefecture apple mango parfait that grew up in the blessings of the sun. You can enjoy the elegant sweetness, moderate acidity, and rich richness of the flesh that is so soft that it melts. Milk ice cream and berry sauce give more depth to the taste. The price is 2,580 yen.


"Blueberry parfait from Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture" is a parfait that uses large-grain blueberries, which have a crisp texture and a condensed taste, for sherbet, cream, and jelly. Homemade vanilla ice cream enhances the sweetness and sourness of blueberries. The price is 1,890 yen.


"Koihime's Strawberry Parfait from Shinshuhata Kobo, Nagano Prefecture" is a parfait of "Natsuaki Ichigo" Koihime "" from a special house. You can enjoy the unique taste of summer and autumn strawberries with a refreshing acidity. The price is 1,890 yen.
