Use of Oita Kabosu
"PABLO mini-Oita Kabosu" is on sale from June 1st at AMU PLAZA Oita, a store specializing in freshly baked cheese tart. The price is 300 yen (tax included).
A layer of jam made from Oita prefecture's kabosu on a toasted cheese tart. The top surface is studded with candied kabosu peels harvested in the summer. The refreshing scent peculiar to Kabosu, the slight acidity, and the mellow sweetness are said to spread throughout the mouth.
The green of the peel is refreshing
