Pablo's "Chestnut and Dainagon Uji Matcha Cheese Tart"
Luxury Japanese tart

A limited number of "Chestnut and Dainagon Uji Matcha Cheese Tart" will be on sale from May 1st to May 31st at PABLO, a store specializing in freshly baked cheese tarts. The price is 1,800 yen (tax included).

This is a Japanese-style cheese tart made by layering kinako cream with flakes on a cheese tart and squeezing custard cream with Uji matcha from Kyoto prefecture. Dainagon Azuki and chestnuts are luxuriously topped in the center. The deep scent of Uji matcha, the crispy texture of kinako cream, and the cheese tart are exquisitely layered on top of each other.
