Spring-summer dim sum is a reprint of two types of cool breeze noodles that were sold in the past and one type of hot noodles. The lineup is as follows.

● Yuzu Ryofu Noodles (334 yen)


A combination of thin noodles tightened with ice and salt soup with a slight yuzu flavor. It is topped with white sesame and green onions. You can simply enjoy the texture and throat of the noodles.

● Black sesame dandan noodles (432 yen)


Tantan noodles made with a refreshing spiciness by adding a secret flavor of yuzukosho to a soup based on black sesame and chili oil. The ingredients are minced pork, paprika, and green onions.

Roasted flax soba is a soup made by combining a refreshing soup based on salt and chicken with noodles. Roasted flax is topped. The price is 410 yen.
